Just like any other budget schemes this union budget of India comes nothing beneficial to the IT industry but Indian government now comes with a hazardous tax plan for application downloader.

Yes from the official announcement of Union Budget 2010 it was came to know that every individual who downloads the paid software for personnel use  using mobile and internet has to pay 10% of value of the software being downloaded.

It’s completely ridiculous and going to make the situation of IT industry more badly. In my point it not only affects the end users but it also going to affect the vendors who are looking to sell their stuff legally .So it’s going to encourage the digital piracy legally (Because most of them not prefer to pay service tax ,they go pirated software) and it will  opens the gates of unethical internet  practice with many users also.
